Tubular mascara is the newest innovation in mascara applications. Your lashes are actually "surrounded" by individual tubes rather than attaching to your eyelash itself. Similar to waterproof mascara in that it will not come off with just water alone. Smudgeproof and flake- proof, blinc® masacara will not budge with neither water nor pressure, but only with the combination of the two. Unlike waterproof mascara, blinc:reg; is easily removed. The mascara actually comes off in tubes you can just "flick" away - say "goodbye" to racoon eyes!
