We cannot be responsible for orders shipped First Class International Mail, as they are untraceable.  We will provide proof of mailing upon request.  It is highly suggested that you opt for International Priority Mail or International Express Mail to guarantee delivery.  We realize that the cost of shipping by either of these latter methods is significantly more expensive, however, it does provide for both insurance and a method to trace your order.  Should you choose to have your order shipped by First Class Mail, we will provide you with proof that it has been sent (the customs form stamped by the Post Office), but cannot guarantee delivery once it has becomes part of the postal system.  Expect delivery times of 30-60 days, depending on your country's customs.  Because any package can be opened by customs for inspection, and depending upon delivery method, an invoice may be included on the outside of the package, we cannot change the value of the order to reduce customs fees, nor can we mark the items as gifts.  Failure to properly complete customs forms could result in our ability to no longer ship worldwide.
